    Notepad/Rich Text Document Stops When Printing


    I have a friend that has this problem,When he tries to print from either notepad or rich text document it says that it stops working,With no error code.
    Printing from Chrome browser and Thunderbird email client work just fine.And his other computer prints just fine from notepad and rich text document.

    Printing problem with Notepad

    On Notepad, I began printing a document with over 2000 pages. I ran out of ink. so, instead of pausing I cancelled. Now, I want to go back to only print the pages I need but it is only allowing me to do the whole document. It does not allow me to just
    print the pages that I need. What suggestions do you have.

    Hello Beth,

    A quick question before we proceed:

    Is this issue confined with Notepad or all other applications?

    As a work around I suggest you to copy the document which you want to print to a new Notepad and try to print and verify the result.
