Windows 10: Just got this computer 2 weeks ago and its already failing me, can someone help?

I restarted my computer around 10 minutes ago, and the system went through an update. Then, when I tried to sign it, it crashed. Now, the PC is telling me that the PIN isn't working, and I need a new pin. For the new PIN, I need internet. Problem; the PC isnt letting me connect to ANY wifi whatsoever. I've restarted the computer numerous times to no change. Is there any solution to this?

Reserved Window 10 2 months ago and 2 weeks ago

I reserved my window 10 on June 29th and I haven't got my invitation when window 10 was release. I reserved it again 2 weeks ago and i got an email from window that I'm reserved and will alert me when it's ready. Most of my friends got their software
few days ago or waited 2 weeks after they reserved. I want to contact Window but I don't know the email for it. Please help.
