Windows 10: Just in the last day or two some of the emails coming to me through the Mail function is...

Within the last couple of days, emails coming from some people through Mail function as carrying all the meta data and are unintelligible. This is a small sample. Mail coming through the AOL via Edge is all correct...so how do I fix?-Originating-Ip: [156.70.63.115]Received-SPF: pass domain of bounce.classmates.com designates 156.70.63.115 as permitted senderAuthentication-Results: atlas208.aol.mail.bf1.yahoo.com; dkim=pass header.i=@email.classmates.com header.s=scph1221;I am not sure what category as I do not see Mail listed

Cortana email function


Have set up Cortana in windows 10. Works OK. I ask to send email and it asks for contact name. No contact is listed in drop box list. Cannot send mail. I have functioning Comcast, Outlook and Gmail accounts. How do I establish contacts in Cortana.

Also note that your reference to Outlook most likely means Outlook.com, similar to Hotmail.com, not the installed Microsoft Outlook program, might make a difference but I don't intend to set up Cortana for some time to come.

 

Mail App: Removing drop down email address suggestions

I'm not a big fan of the MS Mail program and don't really use it for serious stuff but somehow or other if I create a new email then as I start to enter the recipients address a whole load of suggestions will appear. I don't have any contacts in the People app so I'm not sure where these come from.

The question is how can I clear this list so that I no longer get the suggestions?
