Windows 10: Just installed a used hard drive into my system for extra storage, concerned about...

I just installed a old 2TB hard drive from my old system into my new one. The reason I initially stopped using it was because after a reset, the computer would ask me to sign in but after signing in, it wouldn't find my profile data kind of locking in a way I couldn't fix. So I installed a new 1TB SSD and have been using that since. Well I decided I wanted more storage and instead of buy a new hard drive I'm reusing the old one. about hooking it up and checking it out in disk management I'm seeing a partition on both my SSD and HDD saying "System Reserved". I just wanted to make sure this is r

Hard Drive Storage

I have a 500Gb Hard Drive, running Windows 10 Pro version 1909. My c drive is nearly full, I have checked every area on the pc and nothing adds up to the 486Gb I'm supposed to have available. I have gone to Settings > System > Storage - it shows that 401Gb
is being taken up by Apps and features but when I click on this and show the list of installed apps with their sizes, I have added up the entire list and it comes to 25Gb total. It doesn't show what's eating up the rest of the 400Gb of space. I have deleted
everything I can and have only been able to free up 11Gb so far so my c drive is still showing red. At this point is the only other step to reload the pc, or does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be and how to fix?

Different Hard Drive Since System recovery used

I have a different hard drive to the one I used when I last made a system image. I have successfully restored my system, and Windows has automatically regonised the new drive. But it hasn't recognised the extra 500GB of storage on the drive. How do I get
it to recognise this extra space?

Windows 10 has a built-in feature called the Disk Management that allows partitioning to your hard drives. To isolate your concern with extra hard drives, we’d like to know the following:

• The version of your Windows. To know which version of Windows you are using, press
  Windows + R to open run window, type
  winver and press Enter.
• If you are using a desktop computer or laptop.
• Make and model of your computer.
• Error messages that you encounter.
• Troubleshooting steps you’ve done so far.
• The screenshot of your hard drives in the This PC explorer window.
• If you have partitions on your hard drive.
• The number of hard drive installed on your computer.
