Windows 10: Just purchased a laptop with windows 10, but a week later got error code "0xC004F213"

Just got this laptop, and the error code "0xC004F213" came up - I have certificate of ownership on my laptop, and there's a holographic sticker on the bottom too, and the laptop was purchased from TPLUK on Amazon - all considered I must have a genuine copy of windows 10, and I can't find a way to fix it, instead I'm told to spend another couple hundred pounds buying software I already have.


If a moderator can help me solve this I would greatly appreciate it

Error code: 0xC004f213 when trying to activate Windows on PC

Okay, so a few weeks ago I used the help of this forum to find out my product type, I have a retail license which should have been digitally licenses to my account.

After signing in, it's saying: Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code: 0xC004f213

I've tried running through the troubleshooter and the virtual agent and still no further forward.

Now it will not let me contact a real agent because 'There was an error connecting you, please try again later or use our virtual agent'

I'm pretty lost now, what do I do next?

Activation error 0xC004F213 after purchasing Windows 10 Pro Upgrade from the Windows Store

I have a 2018 Razer Blade 15 that came with Windows 10 Home. Today I purchased Windows 10 Pro for $99 on the Windows Store to upgrade the license to Windows 10 Pro. After installing and rebooting I'm now being given an activation error code 0xC004F213
indicating I don't have a valid license on my machine. I've run the troubleshooter and received no help there. My order invoice doesn't contain a product key (which it wouldn't given it's an in-place upgrade) so at this point I'm stuck with a non-genuine copy
of Windows _that I paid for!_
