    Just received a 'microsoft verificaiton code' that I did not request via text message......


    I just received a text message with a verification code for a microsoft account. However, I checked the two accounts that I do have ... and they are both not associated to that number. I also tried the 'forgot username' functionality to see if I by chance had any accounts associated to my number that I did not know about; however, the system informed me that there are no usernames associated to that number either... Is there a possibility that I have an account associated to that number but the system is not able to look it up for some reason?Thanks in advance.

    Received Verification Code not Requested

    I received a verification code via text from number 517-89. I have received text from this number before however this time it was not requested. When I logged on to check activity, the only attempts show were my own but not at the time I received the notification
    (3:20 pm ET)

    How can I check to see who else requested this code.

    The account I checked is linked to my work email. But would I also have a separate account for personal use?

    Lumia 920 not sending or receiving text messages

    Just switched to the Lumia 920 from an iphone. I am having random text message issues, the phone is not sending or receiving text messages from various people, these are people already in my contact list that I've always been able to text with before. There
    doesn't seem to be any connection between area codes, type of phone the other person has, etc. Just some people cannot receive my texts, and others I don't receive texts from. Hoping there is a simple solution as I really like this phone. Thanks in advance
