Windows 10: Just recently bought the MSI katana A17 AI. I can’t do anything on it with receiving two...

I’m using windows 11. These are the two error codes I continue to receive no matter what I do. Whether it’s gaming, surfing the web, or trying to watch YouTube videos. The only time I don’t have these issues is when I mess around in my files or system settings to try and resolve the issue. Right now I’m currently running a memory diagnostic. If this doesn’t work, I’m not sure what else to do. I apologize if the pictures are blurry. MSI Pulse 16 AI not recognising drive

I just bought a new MSI Pulse 16 AI laptop, which comes without an OS. While trying to install Windows, the system doesn't recognise any drive, even though the main drive is recognised in BIOS. I am trying to install Windows via an USB drive, in which mediacreationtool was executed.

 

Just bought a new laptop and recent got a bluescreen error code "clock watchdog timeout"

Hi I recently just bought a brand new MSI Katana GF66 laptop around this July and after not even a few weeks and there is a bluescreen pop out saying "clock watchdog timeout" and it keeps on won't letting me boot into windows properly and remains at the booting system and say "check system expectation" and even tho I follow a list of how to repair this bluescreen error but to no avail, even more, worst now is that I choose to clean the whole laptop files to do a clean install but, after doing a clean file removing and it still crashes when cleaning the files and worst parts now come is that it wouldn't even let me go into windows now and just remain at the primary boot system, (luckily is that no important files in it) and now that I have run command prompt to follow the instruction to use the SFC to scan for any corrupted files and it says file check and have been fixing...and yet keeps coming out the same things. So I was thinking if anyone here can help me with this problem and I would happy to hear any advice from all of you and hope this works.
