    Hi everyone I've just downloaded the Windows SDK 8.0, and I unlocked my phone to start deploying xap files on my phone. But I have faced an error with deploying xap files on my phone using the Application Deployment Tool that came with the SDK 8.0. The
    error say "Error deployment optimization failed, unable to read the input file, please ensure that the xap file isn't deployed already to the device". And I have deleted the xap file & download it again but it didn't work. So anyone is familiar with this?
