Windows 10: " JUST SAY NO! " (to windows 10 updates)

" Not Compatible "

Windows/MSN support staff favorite go to phrase ,when their updates (OCT2018) CAUSES havoc to your pc system. I say " If the update is not compatible on my pc , it should fail instantly and not be installed to damage your system. Since October 2018 update .. 2 days to get back into my system , PC performance is sluggish, apps are faulting . The Windows10 program is like a Virus , its persistent & Sneaky if it was a spy it would be a double agent. Controlling is what i hate the most, The first thing i noticed when i got WINDOWS 10 , WAS in the settings , after i set MY PC to what I want it to be , i looked for the save button ???? NO SAVE BUTTONS ANTWHERE. so at the beginning W?10 did whatever because i can't lock my settings .. But not anymore . in closing say to Microsoft/Windows , THIS IS MY PC , YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS BETTER FOR MY PC ,ALL YOU"RE DOING IS BUILDING TO BRING IN MONEY FOR YOU . SO CHILL .. OH YOU WANT TO HELP ? BURY " EDGE " ...ITS WORTHLESS

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
