Windows 10: Just Updated to Windows 11 23H2 and now the AM/PM and Year on my taskbar clock is missing!

I have just updated my laptop to 23H2 just a few hours ago as I am writing this and have noticed that the AM/PM and Year is gone on my task bar clock and I am left with just the hh:mm and dd:mm.I've searched around forums on a way to fix this and I've tried going to the control panel and tweaking the settings in there but it seems to not do anything, it is still showing as hh:mm and dd:mm.What do I do to fix this issue? I just want the AM/PM and the year to appear because I don't like having to click the taskbar clock to show what year or what time of day it currently is.

Windows 11 clock and date missing on taskbar

I just got the latest update today (12/10/21 KB5007262) and now I have no start menu, the search box is unresponsive, and the clock in the taskbar is gone. I've gone through all the fixes I can find online and nothing works. Even in the list of system icons you can put on the taskbar, the clock is missing. I uninstalled the update, and still no joy.

 

Windows 11 23H2 Taskbar Icons Missing Again (again)

I had icons missing on the task bar. I completed the steps in the following link (microsoft question). The icons came back. When I went to update my nvidia drivers, the icons are now missing again. I followed the steps below and they did not fix the issue like they did before I updated the nvidia drivers. I can't figure out how to revert to the old drivers so I'm not quite sure what to do.
