Windows 10: just updated to windows H21 and my laptop keeps getting automatically logged out. Cant find...

I just finished a windows 10 reset which upgraded my version to H21. Since doing so something is automatically logging me out at some point. I have not yet discovered how long it takes. I sleep my system after five minutes of inactivity and I have set all of the hibernate settings to never. This doesn't work for me because I have wake timers to set the sleep timer to an amount of time to run and complete scheduled programs throughout the night followed by sleep timers to set the sleep time back to the 5 minutes after the programs complete. These setups worked perfectly until the reset was run.

i have some questions about the windows automatic updates in windows xp pro w sp/2. ive got about forty updates they recommend , mostly for security but i only installed two today. after installing them i found them in my add/remove programs in the control panel, if i add all these updates that is a lot of space on my hd almost 1 gig. i thought that updates just updated files and not created new programs. should i innore all these update suggestions from microsoft?

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
