    Let us help you resolve your issue. For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you run System File Checker to repair missing or corrupted system files.

    • Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
    • In the Command Prompt, type the command sfc /scannow and press ENTER.

    If the issue persists, try to follow the steps on how to perform DISM to fix Windows errors
    here.

    • What task are you trying to do every time that you get the error code “missing file rtl160.bpl?”
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
