Windows 10: JW Library Hanging up on YOUR end. Won't install

this is all I get. Various browsers. Windows 11. In my picture, you can see other apps. they will download and they do the same thing.

Installing JW Library App on Windows 8.1 Bing

I have been trying to install JW Library App for some time but without any success. Windows doesn't even detect my Lenovo Yoga Tablet as it does other devices. I tried adding devices but unfortunately the list given is very limited and
didn't work.

Initially I did install the app and but it didn't work properly. So, I uninstalled it and tried countless times. Now it doesn't even recognise my Tablet.

I would appreciate any suggestions to rectify the problem.

JW Library is only available for Windows 8 at the moment (not Windows Phone 8). I suggest you talk to the publisher of the app and ask them to release a Windows Phone app too.
