Windows 10: K380 Keyboard cant be detected, other bluetooth devices detected just fine

HiThis morning my K380 keyboard wont connect to my PC. It shows 'paired' but wont connect. I tried to remove it from Bluetooth devices list and it just loading 'removing' for a long time. Then I restart my PC, again the restart just keep loading, so I reset my PCOnce I reset, my Bluetooth device cant find the keyboard in add Bluetooth device. Logitech k380 bluetooth keyboard not working

After upgrading to 2019-05 cumulative update (KB4494441) my windows notebook (Thinkpad A485) is unable to connect to the Logitech keyboard

1. Bluetooth & other devices the Keyboard k380 is paired. but nothing happens when I use the keyboard

2. Tried removing the device and repairing. Repairing works and the code entered on the keyboard is accepted.

3. Keyboard is working as it can connect to other devices (my android phone) and also worked during pairing

4. Tried changing the batteries.

5. Tried removing the device, rebooting and reinstalling

6. bluetooth services are fine and bluetooth speaker works

Conflicts with the Bluetooth settings after the update is one of the possible reasons why your devices are not detected. For us to assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Which version and OS build number of Windows 10 is currently installed? To check, press the
  Windows key, type winver, and press the
  Enter key.
• When you reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver, did you uninstall it first? Did you get the latest Bluetooth driver from the device manufacturer's website?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in this
  link?

Win10 not detecting Bluetooth Mouse or Bluetooth Keyboard

Bluetooth detection function seems to be working but it does not detect wireless mouse or wireless keyboard. Both were working fine in Win8.1. Since both are MS branded that seems particularly strange. (MS Bluetooth IntelliMouse Explorer mod. #1001. MS
Bluetooth Keyboard Elite mod. #1002.) Yes I confirmed both are turned on with new batteries. Yes I confirmed computer Bluetooth is turned on.
