    K7 total security antivirus crushed OS windows 10?


    Can k7 total security antivirus able crushed OS? My OS windows 10 got crushed after renew and update from their official website. Automatic repair is not working. Can't able to use command prompt because i don't have administrator account. Why all these happening?

    K7 Total security incompatible

    I have just reset my windows 10 and all my apps are removed just like it was supposed to be. I have reinstall all the other apps except for my antivirus K7 Total Security. it was working fine before but i cant install it. Every time i try to install it says
    application not compatible with this version of windows.Can anyone please help me install it, i still have a year subscription left.

    my laptop specifications

    OS windows 10

    Intel i5 processor

    6gb ram

    2 gb AMD graphic card
