Windows 10: Kaspersky icon is Blurry on 125% Scale

Hello,

So I have installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 (latest update) on my system running Windows 10 X64.
I always change my Monitor Scale to 125% , after the scaling the icon looks awful.
But when Kaspersky is scanning something (animation icon) - the icon looks crystal sharp, but when Kaspersky is idle, that icon become blurry again.
I have tested other Antiviruses e.g. Bitdefender / Eset - non of them were like Kaspersky. I have asked this question on Kaspersky forum too, but unfortunate no help.
First Image, is when Kaspersky was scanning some file.
Second Image, is when Kaspersky is idle.
So I assume this issue isn't related to Kaspersky, because the icon can be up-scaled w/out loosing quality!

Custom Scaling per monitor - Windows 10

Here is my problem.

I need to use 125% scaling on my main monitor. My other monitors are fine at 100%.

If I use the scaling preset options in Settings > Display for 125%, in some applications and menus the text is blurry for example Control Panel.

If I use Custom Scaling which applies to ALL monitors, the text is fine if I manually type 125%.

So the preset options where you can set different scaling for each monitor appears not to work very well.

 

2015 AUGUST - Windows 10 font blurry in older applications

I use this, works with me!

• Note down which specific programs have the font problem.
• Right-click on the program icon (not the shortcut) and choose properties.
• Click the "Compatibility" tab.
• Check the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".
• Restart the program.
• Repeat for each affected program.

Where is the problem. Does that have any bearing on the functioning of the program.

 

No it doesn't , I am just trying to find out, why is that!
