Windows 10: Kaspersky On-Screen Keyboard doesn't work on WIndows 11?

Greetings!I bought a new computer HP 14 not too long ago that came with Windows 11. My family has always used Kaspersky Internet Security, though until now we had never used it on a Windows 11 device. For whatever reason, the on-screen keyboard that comes with Kaspersky doesn't work as it should. When I open it and move my cursor onto it, my cursor sort of gets stuck at the edge of the keyboard. Sometimes I can still click the keys on the keyboard, but it's all quite glitchy. I'm not sure if this is a Kaspersky issue, or a Windows 11 issue, though I kinda feel it's the latter considering we'

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: On-Screen Keyboard

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.
