    internet explorer won't open since window 10 upgrade

    I've had Kaspersky all along, so no cigar for me.

    I finally found the problem. McAfee! Removed the McAfee software and installed Kaspersky, all working fine now.

    Thanks for the link kjlkjadfasdfasd I had been following the Kapersky forums daily and this is the first link that contained integrated patches b & c that will allow installation on windows 10.

    I have it installed & running in trail mode now as build 10240 may not even last 30 days as a newer build will probably be available before then.

    Installed the latest version of KIS 2015. The install completed without a hitch. But MAJOR problems with BSODs if the machine was idle for more than 20-30 minutes. I think it interferes with some power management function in W10. I uninstalled it, and all is back to normal. I'll stick to Win Defender and the built in firewall till Kaspersky releases ver 2016 that will be compatible with W10.
