Windows 10: Katana 17 B12UDXK-071UK SOUND

Hello. I'm already throwing up my hands. My friend and I tried to do this with a laptop and we failed. I barely bought it. Yesterday I started installing it and saw that notifications began to appear that no audio devices were installed... reinstalling drivers, updating the system, etc., etc., did not help. This is very frustrating because I have never had such an irritating problem before!I don't know why it's even a problem to post screenshots here :/// it all irritates meMSI 12th Gen IntelR CoreTM i5-12450H 2.00 GHz RAM 16,0 GB 64-bit Windows 11 Home 22H2

SoundblasterX Katana / Logitech G533 Wireless Headset

Not sure how to start, when I have both plugged in the Katana will not produce any sound (even when set as sound device) . As soon as I unplug the wifi dongle for the headset I get sound from the Katana.

After some more investigating I discovered that I can keep them both plugged in and switch between them getting sound from both as long as I unplug my XBox 360 wireless dongle. If I plug the Xbox dongle back in I lose sound from the Katana.... I have no idea why this is happening, yes I can live with the wireless Xbox controller dongle unplugged but it is a royal pain in the neck and if I want to use the controller in certain games I lose sound on the Katana !!!!

 

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

Creative Sound BlasterX Katana cannot install USB driver

I brought new sound blasterX katana firstly I connected with PC by Bluetooth, it's work find then I updated firmware and install sound blaster connect. After lunch sound blaster connect it's notified "your audio device cannot be detected please check your
connection". I checked device manager found sound blasterx katana was in other devices. I tried to update driver but windows said "windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. This operation required interactive
window station"

Please help how to fixed this trouble.
