Windows 10: KB 5005565

Hello to all! I've tried to update latest windows update KB 5005565 many times without success. Numerous people have suggested work rounds but none has rectified the problem and, as I have said before, I'm not very computer 'savvy' I would appreciate a simple solution to this problem. I've not experienced any problems with updates before and can see no reason why the current update will not install. The update has managed to achieve 100% install and then reports uninstall fail citing Ox8007000d. Terrence.
