Windows 10: KB to CVE mapping using APIs programatically not manual excel download

Hello,I'm searching a way to map a KB article ID to the CVEs as listed in below link.Security Update Guide - MicrosoftI can manually download the excel but is there a way to to download it programatically through APIs?It is possible to map CVEs with KBs ID If I knows the CVE I know the KB using APIs but not the other way around, as I have KBs for which i need the relevant CVEs.Is there a solution apart from manually downloading excel from above link ?Best regards,

Hello,

I'm searching a way to map a KB to the CVEs mitigated through it.

It is possible to map CVEs with KBs ID (If I knows the CVE I know the KB).

But the contrary seems not to be (easily) possible (I have a KBs ID I need to know what are the CVEs mitigated through it).

Is there a solution?

CVEs fixed in a KB

Thanks for clarifying. I wanted to know few more things.

1. Are there any APIs to get the list of CVEs fixed in a KB based on KB, Date and Platform?

2. Is there any powershell command to get the list of all the KBs installed in a windows machine from the starting. I have read about Get-WUHistory command but it does not seem to give all the KBs installed.

CVEs fixed in a KB

Hi ,

I want to get the list of all the CVEs fixed in a KB.
My current findings:

1. From Microsoft Update Catalog website I can download the KB. But some KBs I don't seem to find here like -> KB2267602

2. From Security Update Guide - Microsoft Security Response Center website I can give the date of the KB and search it as keyword in filter after removing KB and I should be able to get the list of CVEs fixed. But here also I am not able to find KB890830 last updated on 8 November 2022 ( This date I found out from Microsoft Update Catalog website)

Why is there data not complete? How can I get the exact list?
