Cannot download update, keeps showing error 57. Need to update NETFramework.

Constant BSOD, BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER Error


I ran the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth check last night and woke up to my computer displaying this:

Apparently, this has something to do with .NET Framework 3.5 as seen in this update and discussion of the error. However, I don't have security update 2966827 or 2966828 to remove from my computer. I did install the NDPFixit-KB3005628-X64.exe package that's on the update page and tried to manually .NET Framework 3.5 to see if that helps. However, running the sfc /scannow gives me the same result as before of

So, in summary, I'm losing my mind.

Done. We'll see if that helps. I'll seriously hate if I can't use my wireless mouse and keyboard after updating to Windows 10.
