    I'm just thinking, why there is no result for KB3122947 in the MS catalog?
    Maybe they've pulled it?

    I could update through *.cab and cmd without problem, and I will do it... But only if MS doesn't come up with a fix soon.

    I have a pretty standard OS configuration (with english language), there is no reason for an update like that not to works.
    Actually, I have localization settings for Italy, and this could be the problem, seeing what others write, but come on...
    I mean, not all people out there can easily use command line, nor they want to.

    However, for MS standards this is almost good: to install KB3105213 and get 10586.0 I've had to download the ISO from Techbench and unplug every SATA devices except my main disk... So I would not be surprised if cmd+.cab file will be the easiest and fastest solution KB3122947 1511 update - anybody else get this? :p

    I might have an error!! I have an Intel CPU, my Windows 10 Pro is in Danish, and the update installed directly from Windows Update without any error!!

    I allso want an error when you all got it *Confused

    It installed without a hitch on the system I'm running 10 Home on (laptop), but wouldn't install on my 10 Pro boxes. That is except for my Insider Preview box. It claimed to be up to date with no update available (yes, I checked and it hadn't installed when I wasn't looking).

    They didn't pull it. I restored from backup from earlier this morning and it downloaded and failed again.

    On my rig running Windows 10 Home, the KB3122947 was originally listed at 9:30PM EST as a downloadable item along with Windows Defender definition update then it disappeared right after the new definition was installed. I guess Redmond pulled it for rework.

    Very thx for this solution *Smile This worked for me by copying the text into elevated CMD, hit enter, exit, restart PC.

    dism /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\c4a1b8896ce9fbfea96c1ee6890d52a5\windows10.0-kb3122947-x64.cab

    Have two machines running 10 Home one found update the other hasn't .Both Intel cpu the nvidia gpu no update the Amd machine downloading update.
    Installed with no errors winver still .17

    I managed to install the update manually using the below command (run it in elevated Command Prompt):
    dism /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\c4a1b8896ce9fbfea96c1ee6890d52a5\windows10.0-kb3122947-x64.cab
