Windows 10: Kb3163014

Just checked for updates and got this.

Update for 1511 KB3163018 downloads but will not install in Windows 10

I am currently downloading Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3163018) which was issued in June. Unfortunately It is also downloading Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3163014) which
was the failing May Update. Why doesn't Microsoft put a "Supersedes" feature in the updates so that if a fix supersedes one that is in error nobody will get caught on the old one or that it would unload the one that is in error. For a company that does smart
things, it is often blind to what options should be available to it.

 

There is no such KB found anywhere.
I googled for it. No match.

Yes. Your screenshot is a concrete proof.

I have a feeling it is one of those cumulative updates pulled by MS.
Some got it before it was pulled, others won't see it.

 

Seems sometimes Europe gets it before we do in the west. I thought patch Tuesday was always the second Tuesday of the month.

OK. I still don't have if from my WU, and why I drew a "no match" when I googled for it ?

 

I just got a defender update but nothing else.

 

Same here on search was the first thing i did, you were commenting on this post about the same version of windows that Doogie has now so it must be. New build 10586.338 sighted for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile
