Windows 10: KB4022716 broke my audio

So just installed KB4022716, hoping it would fix the slow boot after creaters update but it completely broke my audio.

All sound stutters like crazy. It's so bad that i cant even understand what someone says in for example review video on YouTube. Music playback, same. Voip, same. Games, same

ALL audio stutters to an extend my system is useless for entertainment and media purposes.

Uninstalled KB4022716 but problem is still there. Reinstalled realtek drivers, still there.

Anyone elso encountered this and got it solved without clean install?

No audio on windows 10

Hi, I lost all audio a few weeks ago, it seemed that the audio driver was lost and flagged as. "No audio device connected".

There was a lot of talk on many threads and I tried them all to no avail. Then I downloaded;

And as if by magic the audio worked.

The update is a role up, but looking at kb4022716 there is no mention of audio problems.

I did not notice if perhaps an earlier update might have caused the problem. Any explanation?

Has anyone else been likewise fixed?

 

DTS Not working on Soundblastert Z now after microsoft update on the 19th of October just gone 2017 For Windows 10

It also kinda broke my USB soundcard, microsoft did something to windows audio service and they need to fix it.
