Windows 10: kb4023057 win 11 update popping out and then disappearing

Well, as I said.After having some troubles with updates, now a strange thing happens. If I launch windows update, it will find kb4023057, but after a split second the file disappears and system tells me I'm up to date. Everytime I refresh the page, the same thing happens

Win 11/KB4023057 - No internet

Hi!

A couple of days ago, I suddenly lost internet access on my laptop (a Lenovo L340-15IRH with Win 11). I have tried various tips and tricks, but nothing works. As far as I can tell, this happened right after KB4023057 was installed. At first, the Wi-Fi icon and my networks were missing, but I managed to bring them back. Now I can connect to my networks, but it still says "no internet" (although my internet is working fine).

I have tried:

• rebooting PC & router
  
• turning Wi-Fi & Flight Mode on and off
  
• connecting to phone hotspot
  
• making sure that IP and DNS are set to automatic in adapter settings
  
• connecting via Ethernet
  
• running the Windows troubleshooter (useless as always...)
  
• resetting network (netsh winsock & int ip reset; ipconfig /release & renew; ipconfig /flushdns)
  
• disabling/ uninstalling my network card (device manager)
  
• installing the latest network card driver
  
• Windows system restore from before the update
  
• setting the dns manually
  

Any help would be appreciated.

KB4023057 Windows Update

Recent Windows update, KB4023057, caused Windows Update history to be cleared. As a result, not able to uninstall this update. Appears update KB4023057 may have caused some apps to be incompatible with Windows 11.

How can I uninstall update KB4023057?

I get these recurrent errors in Windows Update --

• 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) - Error 0x80070015
• 2018-12 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) - Error 0x80070015

I stumbled on this resource (WAY too unintuitive to find that, Microsoft! It should be linked visibly in
Windows Update) --

...where I was able to successfully download other updates which also produced recurrent errors EXCEPT NOT
KB4023057 and KB4467702 --

• KB4467702 I could download and run the installer and it repeatedly tells me my system doesn't need that item, even after restarting the system. Then WHY does
  Windows Update think I need it?
• KB4023057 - is absent in Microsoft Update Catalog
