    Well the wording is (deliberately) rather ambiguous. It could mean final release of this version e.g. to public, this version plus some cumulative updates or even a new build.

    As for TH, imo he would never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

    I have cracked 30 mins a couple of times (click to update to desktop). But am normally more in the 35-40 minute range.

    IF that is what they are talking about, then that is extremely misleading. The update process is much more than that leg of it.

    But that is the only time it is not available for other work. They have been moving more of the upgrade process to before the restart to achieve this.
