That highlighted phrase could be interpreted in a number of ways.

It could mean, this is the last build, and only cumulative updates, or it is not the last build etc.

Not sure, but when you put the @ in front of letters and they turn blue, good chance they are.

 

Final code can be anything from a bug fix (most likely) to a new feature (it ain't likely) or anything in between.

I'll put my money on the final code making it as sure as possible that nothing will go wrong when the "Spring Update" is released to the general public.

On my first try I lost the connection to my wireless router at 90% install so I stopped the install. I deleted the download folder so I could try again. Once again I lost the connection to the router at 90%. This time I let the install continue. The total time not including making the ISO was 1 hour 57 minutes. From check for updates to restart took 1 hour 15 minutes. From restart to the desktop took 42 minutes. MS can twist their numbers any way they want. It still took almost 2 hours to update.

 

But, Winuser, 42 min is not what pretty much all of us are seeing. Your comp is running pretty slow.

 

If I look in the Settings | Windows Update | View Update History, it lists it as "Windows 10 Insider Preview 17133.1" under 'Feature Updates.' Do they change that when it becomes official or is that just a permanent relic of having been in the Insider program? As long as I'm pretty certain it's the RTM, I am thinking about joining on other PCs to get it now.
