Windows 10: KB4338819 Cumulative Update Repeatedly Fails

The KB4338819 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems, release July 10 2018, is repeatedly failing. INSTALLING gets to 25%, then it goes back to downloading. This has been happening over-and-over all day. Dell XPS8920 Desktop with 32gb memory installed. 60gb free on the SSD drive. Windows 10 Home, Version 1803.OS Build 17134.112.


Installed OK on my Dell laptop.

The Windows 10 cumulative update KB3081436 repeatedly fails on my MSI laptop. Tried downloading the update file directly from the Microsoft Update Catalog, but got the same result. Anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for the suggestion. I found and deleted an old user profile, then attempted the cumulative update, but it failed again.

Installed this update on 3 PC'S without any problems.

 

Win 10 repeatdly fails to install KB4338819 with error 0x800f0922
Windows 10 pro, Version 1803. Build 17134.112.
The install is ok, but when restarting, "an error.... uninstall..." and this twice at each time win update tries to reinstall this kb.
Fed UP !!!!!
I interrupted the updates for 35 days, waiting for a circumvention.
