Windows 10: KB4338819 (OS Build 17134.165) Fails to update on My WIN 10 System.

This is very EFFN annoying! How many times will it keep trying and is there a way to just reject the update . It clearly doesn't work... My problem is that the system auto restarts when I am in the middle of work in progress... WIndows10... Built by developers who don't know better...

KB4338819 Cumulative Update Repeatedly Fails

The KB4338819 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems, release July 10 2018, is repeatedly failing. INSTALLING gets to 25%, then it goes back to downloading. This has been happening over-and-over all day. Dell XPS8920 Desktop
with 32gb memory installed. 60gb free on the SSD drive. Windows 10 Home, Version 1803.OS Build 17134.112.

Installed OK on my Dell laptop.

Update of April 10, 2018—KB4093112 (OS Build 16299.371) fails with error code 0x80070bc2

Surface Pro 4, i5, 8gb ram, current Win 10 OS version build 16299.334

Update fails with error code 0x80070bc2.

Update continues to download and attempts to install and continues to fail. 5 attempts so far.

Downloaded 2018-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4093112) standalone install but when I try to install it I get a message that Security Update KB4093112 is already installed.

It is not installed as the OS build is still 16299.334 and not 16299.371 and windows update shows install has failed.

The usual restarts etc have been tried.

Any suggestions?
