Windows 10: KB4462919 & KB4462933 does not install thru Windows Update

I have attempted these updates several times even to saving update and loading thru saved file. I keep receiving long waits (hours) to getting error codes 0x800737712/8024001e/800705b4/80080005.


I attempted last which resulted in excessive long wait time and having to recover Windows system.


Windows Troubleshooting is useless in fixing this situation. Windows Troubleshooting has been attempted many times.


My Windows is stuck on updating and I need Windows greased to allow updating.

Update KB4462919 causes album art loss in wmp

After installing October 24, 2018—KB4462933 (OS Build 17134.376) (which did not list the security update relating to wmp from above mentioned update) A reset of the wmp library was performed.

The album art did appear normally but again disappeared as soon as I did anything in wmp. Like switching from artist to album etc.

Disappointed, but not deterred. Stay tuned.

Update KB4462919 Has It's issues. This is one of them!

 

Windows Update will not install KB4462919

Windows Update downloaded KB4462919 about a week ago. The update history page says that it requires a restart to finish installing, though I have repeatedly restarted the system. I tried using the update troubleshooter, which said that it found and fixed
some problems, but the update still does not get installed after a restart.

A Microsoft support page for KB4462919 said that Windows Update automatically "offers" KB4456655 as a prerequisite to KB4462919. But when I checked the update history, Windows Update never tried to install this update.

I'm not sure what I am supposed to do to get KB4462919 installed.

I am Windows 10 Home edition version 1803 build 17134.345.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
