    Win10 October 9, 2018—KB4462919 (OS Build 17134.345) must Update Breaks Audio continuously.


    The only temporary workaround is remove KB4462919 and my laptop audio will starts to function again until Windows10

    self reinstall KB4462919 which can be from every few minutes to few hours and breaks my laptop audio again.


    KB4462919 is oviously beyond broken. Microsoft support site has no information on KB4462919 breaking audio except general message to check speaker cable.


    My external monitor also has integrated speaker. If I switch from internal laptop speaker to HDMI monitor speaker, it also broken like internal laptop speaker. This means Microsoft KB4462919 broke Windows10 audio function completely.


    Does anyone knows how to permanently stop Microsoft from keep making my laptop reinstall KB4462919 and keeps breaking my laptop audio?
