    I had to uninstall the update caused. 1: Freezing -had to reboot 2: Programs would not load or would load slowly 3: Windows 10 would take 20 to 30 minutes to load. 4: Other program updates would not install or freeze. After I uninstall the update everything is working properly!

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
