Windows 10: KB4540689 update march 2020 not available

Discus and support KB4540689 update march 2020 not available in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi! For unknown reason I can't update my Win10 automatically.     KB4540689 update march 2020 not available


    Hi!

    For unknown reason I can't update my Win10 automatically. It was no problem as long as I could download updates manually. However the problem is that obligatory update KB4540689 is not available at MS-Update catalogue:
    https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4540689

    And without installing this one I am not able to install any next. So for a year I have Win10 not updated :.
    Any help to get KB4540689 x64, please?

    P.S. I know that best would be make WindowsUpdate works again, but - believe me - I did all the "gold advises" from the net and it still doesn't work. OS reinstalling is not an option.
