    KB4556799 Tried to melt my Intel laptop


    After installing CPU utilization averaged 60% spiking to 100% while no resource heavy applications were running. Uninstalled KB4556799 and everything is back to normal.



    Anyone else experience the same?

    KB4556799 Tried to melt my Intel laptop

    Laptop Ac Adapter Melting!!

    Hi all my dad bought me his laptop this morning.He said its been overheating and that maybe the fan had stopped working.Upon opening the laptop i noticed the fan was working fine.It was when i unplugged the ac adapter cable that i noticed the connection was red hot and that it had been melting the plastic at the end of the ac adapter cable.Any ideas on whats going wrong? i've tried leaving the battery out but the end of the cable is still getting red hot.
