Windows 10: KB4565349 failed on Win10 LTSC

Hi there. I reinstalled Win10 LTSC, first updates wre without any problem, but after KB4565349 downloaded and restarted I got infinity "getting windows ready". After a long time I turned it off and it ran without errors, it showe % and updated, then OS started.

Now if I check list of installed updates I have KB4565349 as failed, but when I'm pushing button for check updates, it says there are not any for my system.

So what I need to do with this? Do I need that update? Do I need to reinstall Windows, because I turned it off while stuck at updating?

Before that I used only Win 7 so I'm just wondering how it works.

In the morning I feel my suggestions were a bit over-complicated; the easiest way should be:
- add second vhdx into the same virtual machine
- install win10 on it using ltsc iso
- add bootmenu entry for rescued system using easybcd.
Other steps are unnecessary.

Tried all the steps listed and result afterwards is the same. Still fails and uninstalls the update. Any other suggestions?

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
