  1. KB4576754 causing headaches

Hi all - the past month, with Windows updates, has been problematic. First, the October update would not install properly and I had to download it manually and install it from here (which worked, fortunately), but now I'm getting repeated attempted installs of KB4576754 (reboot, attempt to install, fails install, Win10 backs out of the update, rinse repeat), which has something to do with MS Edge.

    To quote windowslatest.com -

Fortunately, after several users flagged the problem, Microsoft says it has replaced the update with another update “KB4576754” and it appears to install without any problems for users.

    Yeah, right.

Unfortunately, KB4576754 isn't on the Microsoft Update Catalog, so any attempt to download it and install it myself aren't happening. I'm going on 2 weeks of Win10 telling me that I need to reboot so KB4576754 can finish updating - has anyone else had trouble with this particular update, and if so, were you able to fix it?

    Thanks in advance.

  2. N95 causes headache & giddiness

    Hi guys,

I joined this discussion because I was looking to see if other people got headaches using the N95. I can most definitely attest to the fact that as soon as I put the phone to my ear and call someone, i can a headache in maybe 20 seconds. Its systematic!
Now I may be sensitive to mobile frequencies or whatever, but I don't need to be a doctor to know that the phone is causing it since it happens systematically everytime I make a call. I'm thinking of approaching the papers with this issue because this can
    be very serious.

    N95 causes headache & giddiness

Thanks for all your replies. I admit that I am quite susceptible to the radiation waves from mobile phones. With my old phones, I only get a mild, short lasting headache when taking a call. With this N95, I get headache plus giddiness not just during talking,
but also when the phone is switched on and on standby beside me. This will go on until I switched off the phone and put it aside. Then the headache/giddiness abates and disappeared over the next few days. Thus I don't think the headset will help nor seeing
a doctor (in fact initially I saw one & he diagnose ear infection as causing the giddiness). Will try bringing the phone to Nokia Care and hear what they say (I'm afraid they will tell me the same things as what you guys are saying). But thanks all the same!

Taskbar bug: switching to another window -will not appear at the front

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

    Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

    1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
    2. Select or click Ease of Access.
    3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
    4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
    5. Check if issue is resolved.
    Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

    1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
    2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
    3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
    4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
    5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
