Windows 10: KB4586781 downloads but won't install

I had problems with this update when it was an optional update. Not it's not optional and the same thing is happening. It downloads to 100% then fails to move on to install. It is holding up other updates eg. KB2267602, which says "We can't install some updates because other updates are in progress. We will try installing later." I have tried re-setting Windows Update, using net stop wuauserv and net stop bits, then deleting all folders in Windows Software Distribution, but this just let's me go through the same wasted update experience again.

Is there something else I can do here?

Forza Horizon 4 Download won`t stop

Hi I have the same problem like a lot of people too: my forza download just won`t stop its size is 62GB and i allready downloaded 140GB.

I cant even find an option to restart the download or something. How do I fix this?

I tried things like troubleshooter, wsreset, sign out sign in and a lot more, nothing helped.
