    Like the title says i still have problems with KB5001330.I have looked up the registry and i have the Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FeatureManagement\Overrides\4\1837593227 folder with the files in it, so the fix Microsoft published should be applied, but i still get awful lag spikes about 1-2 seconds from eachother in Forza Horizon 4, other games i've tried run fine from my experience. Ive got the Lenovo Legion 5 with i7 10750H and RTX 2060 and i got it hooked up to a 4k monitor at 60 hz via HDMI. I don't know if it is just a waiting game for a proper

    AMD stepping is it fixed?

    the stepping is fixed its built in to the cpu is like a revision on a chip....i think you mean multiplyer?

    Little correction: When all of your electronics appear *to have* lagspikes of some kind then the problem likely is with your connection and not with device settings.
