Windows 10: KB5003637 & KB5003690 error: 0x8007000d

Hi.I have a problem with this two KBs KB5003637 & KB5003690 They are impossible to install. I tried everything.With DISM, SFC /Scannow, deleting SoftwareDistribution folder, and so on.I read all remediations on internet, but nothing works.Windows 21H1 19043.1023

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
