    Hello,I manage 400+ tills, patch KB5004945 broke a lot of the receipt printers, we rolled up the fix patch and most worked fine. Some however still refuse to print. The fix we know is to restart the print spooler but the end user doesn't have that option and and its not a long term solution. Any ideas?They are on Version 10.0.19043.1110Thanks,

    THE USB on my receipt printer is not connecting to the computer, it keeps stating that the drive is unavailable. I don't know if its the software or the cable. My regular HP printer connected fine but not the receipt print. Any suggestion?

    Hi,

    I suggest you to run in-built Printer troubleshooter and check. Refer to the following steps:


    • Press Windows Key + X..

    • Click on Control Panel.

    • Select Troubleshooting.

    • On the left pane, click on View All.

    • Click on Printer to run the troubleshooter.
    Let us know if the issue is resolved or if you require further assistance.
