Windows 10: KB5005565 Update Error 0x80073712

I have multiple computers on an intranet getting Windows Update via WSUS. Since last year, I have one particular computer running Windows 10 OS Build 19041.1110 that has been failing to install Windows Update KB5006670 with error 0x8024200d and 0x8024200b. Now that Windows 10 version 2004 is end of life, I attempt to bypass this problem by upgrading it to Windows 10 version 21H2; however, to upgrade it to version 21H2, I need to install KB5005565. Sadly, I got a different error now 0x80073712.I ran SFC /SCANNOW which I found unrepairable corrupted file relating to pwrshmsg.dll.mui, but I w

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
