Windows 10: KB5007186 Completely reset my computer, programs are missing datafiles

After installing KB5007186 everything has changed. Taskbar items GONE, Download files GONE, My Documents files GONE, 3rd party Backup program settings GONE, Google bookmarks GONE, Computer theme GONE. App Defaults reset. Some apps have icons but do not work including Microsoft Store.I modified the task bar and restarted the machine. My modifications were GONERan DISM /scanhealth - No problemsSFC /scannow - Found a few problems and repaired themUninstalled KB5007186 - Everything still gone/not workingI installed this update on two other computers without a problem. I am completely at a lo

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Convert Ace Money Datafile for se with another program

I have been using Ace Money for a very long time. Now it's time to reinstall Windows 10 Pro with a clean install. All of my programs will be wiped out but have most of them ready to reinstall except for Ace Money.
I would like to use my present Ace Money datafile in some other money program.
Is there some way to convert this datafile to use in another program? I have Money Manager EX but may use something else instead.
