Windows 10: KB5007186 fails at 7% Error code: 0x80070003

My Windows update for KB5007186 keeps failing at 7%. I've tried all the basic things like running troubleshooter says no issues are present, I've also went into command prompt to manually stop the update service and stop BITS service to delete the "SoftwareDistribution" folder. I started both services back up to do a fresh Windows Update, re-downloaded KB5007186 and again, the Update fails at 7% with error code 0x80070003. Is this issue common with this update? Windows Store keep on failing to update with 0x80070003

Many thanks for your response. I tried doing the steps you have suggested but still I cannot update my apps in Windows Store. Like now currently I have 4 apps which keep on failing to update with the error code 0x80070003.
Then when I try clicking check for updates it will add 3 more apps. Then I will try to update the 7 apps, the 3 newly added apps say completed but the 4 apps still have the Error Try that again, with the error code above. I will try to update again, and the
same thing happens even after trying all the steps you have suggested.
