Windows 10: KB5007651 Version 1.0.2306.10002 keeps installing over and over

Discus and support KB5007651 Version 1.0.2306.10002 keeps installing over and over in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; This have been going on for days now.It just keeps reinstalling over and over.Anyone else got this problem?...     I got an error that stats Install error - 0x80070643 for (installing) Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 1.0.2109.27002) Install error - 0x80070643.

    I tried everything to fix this but no changes!

    I tried the followings on cmd:

    Did not fix the issue!!

    I tried the followings:

    1. Restart the Windows Update Service. …
    2. Restart the Background Intelligent Transfer Service. …
    3. Delete the Windows Update Folder. …
    4. Perform Windows Update Cleanup. …
    5. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter.
