Windows 10: KB500802 and KB5001567 Updates - Printing Issues

[COLOR=rgba0, 0, 0, 1]Right click option to print not working. Printouts are cut off, only 2 inchesto the right of the printout comes out.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba0, 0, 0, 1]This was caused by KB5000802, tested by removing the update and itworks.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba0, 0, 0, 1]Tested, KB5000802 installed and then installed KB5001567 supposedfix for KB5000802. Same result.[/COLOR]



[COLOR=rgba0, 0, 0, 1]Fixed after uninstalling both KBs.[/COLOR]

Many of my users need this option printing a lot of pics on single page

Printing issues

  How are you trying to print?

  Have you tried printing from a different application and checked?
  

I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Printer.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Also, I suggest you to install the latest chipset and printer drivers from manufacturer website and check if it fixes the issue.

KB5000802 CU Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.867 and v20H2 19042.867 Win Update

KB5001567 would hopefully be the anticipated fix for the printer issues, and has also just appeared in the Update Catalog, issue date 15/03/2021.
