Windows 10: KB5008212 Error 0x80070005

Keeps downloading and repeating. Happening on multiple computers all HP laptops 450 g6-g8.In the old days i could at least talk to microsoft 132058/133630. Can't find out how to log a ticket online.Need it fixed.It's a joke i can't pick up the phone and get this sorted.
