Windows 10: KB5018410 is stuck at 20% for long time. I have windows 10 21H1

Hello to all supporters, Today my windows 10 got these KB files 890830 5019349 5018544 all went to 100%. and 5018410 was at 20% installing but the blue restart button came up so i clicked restart now. and it took 1 hour for it to go from 1% tom 100% then the restart screen came on and i signed back in. then i see kb5018410 says theres a update available and this KB says its installing for an hour now and still at 20%. so what can I do to get this to finish installing and then i guess it will say restart PC?Or how can i get rid of this KB update even though its still at 20%?Oh but i noticed

I have been trying without suceess to install the 2022-10 Culmutaltive Update for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64 based systems KB5018410 for weeks already without success. Any suggestions?

To understand the issue better, I would like to ask some questions:

• Is the computer stuck in the Installing updates screen?
• For how long is the computer stuck in the screen?
• When was the computer last updated?
• Is the screen showing any percentage of installation?

Sometimes the installation might take a long time to install if the update is of large size. So, I suggest you to wait for sometime and check if the system boots to the desktop. If it is taking a longer time, then perform a Power Drain by following the steps
provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.
