Windows 10: kb5018410 on Windows 10, version 21H2 breaks Outlook Plus 2019

I have Windows 10 and Outlook as part of MS Office Professional Plus 2019Outlook is version 2209 build 15629.20156 click-to-run.Since few days it breaks once per day. In the morning.When I try to download emails I get: Error 0x800ccc1a "Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or internet service provider ISP for additional assistance."But the problem is not Outlook. I found out that the problem happened after I found the computer restarted in the morning.It rebooted because

Office 2019

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2

Can I Update Windows 10 version 1909 to version 21H2 (latest)?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.
