Windows 10: KB5018418 KB5018483 and other updates not installing

I got error 0x80073701 when installing updates in my system. I have 21h1 and got an update in settings but it does not install no matter what. I disable my anti virus for it to install but nothing help.

• well win11 updates.
  

can't update win11 pro x64,

system info: i7-12700, B660 (last bios installed), 32GB 3200mhz(4x8 same kits), RTX 3070ti, psu850 (platinum), OS:nvme samsung 980 pro,2nd drive SSD sata 4TB,

os: win 11 pro 64x, antivirus: avast premium.(tried to install with realtime protection: on and off.)

failed to install, tried clear system and install

• Windows11InstallationAssistant (not helped)
  
• tried image recovery(same update appears, downloading and install goes to 100% and failed to install)
  
• also tried to manualy download&install very same update from catalog.updates center

win 11 was officialy installed, pc is deep scanned for viruses (clear), no critical errors, only warning (1) eventvwr.msc

p.s don't wanna reinstall new os. *factory reset didnt solve the problem* it rolls os before update, when i try to update same update apears and same error.
